How to survive ups and downs of stock market

One word to describe the week that went by, “WILD.”

NIFTY plunged, bounced back reaffirming that this market is not for the faint hearted.

This is what I do to survive in this mayhem

1. Play Badminton on weekends. Gosh, how much we play. We play till every muscle aches.

2. Gym out on week days. Target is to burn 500 calories a day.

3. Drink gallons of beer once a week

4. Fool around with family and friends.
